Cookies and Biscuits

White Chocolate Biscuits

These chunky white chocolate biscuits are perfect to dunk in your afternoon cup of tea or coffee. Super simple and they don’t take long to make either!

The Ingredients:
120g Butter
90g Light Brown Sugar
30g Dark Brown Sugar
120g Chopped White Chocolate
250g NEILL’S® Self Raising Flour
1 Egg
1tsp Vanilla Extract/Essence

The How-To:
Preheat the oven to 180c.
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars together until smooth.
Beat in the egg until well combined.
Beat in the vanilla extract / essence.
Sieve the flour into the mixture and mix well.
Fold in the chopped white chocolate pieces and mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place tablespoons of the mixture on baking sheets (4 is recommended per sheet) and bake in the centre of the oven for 11 mins.
Remove and allow to cool for 5 mins before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
