Devilishly Good Chocolate Muffins

A chocoholics dream……….And such a simple recipe!

The Ingredients:
125ml Milk
125ml Water
125ml Vegetable Oil
320g Plain Flour
320g Caster Sugar
100g Dark or Light Chocolate Chips
50g Coco Powder
3 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract
1.5tsp Bicarbonate Soda
0.5tsp Salt
250ml Soured Cream

The How-To:
Preheat oven to 160c
In a large bowl sieve the flour, sugar, coco, bicarbonate soda and salt
In another bowl whisk together the eggs, sour cream, water, milk, vanilla and oil
Stir the wet mix into the dry mix just enough to combine the ingredients (do not over-stir!)
Fold in the chocolate chips
Bake in the centre of the oven for 23-25 mins
