Gooey Chocolate Pots

Deliciously indulgent and absolutely perfect for dinner parties......or just a quiet night in.

The Ingredients:
120g Dark Chocolate
120g Butter
150g Caster Sugar
3 Eggs
3tbsp NEILL'S®Flour

The How-To:
Preheat oven to 170c
Melt the butter and chocolate together. Either in a saucepan or just in the microwave!
Whisk in the eggs one at a time.
Whisk in the flour.
Pour the mixture into 4 greased ramekins
Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 mins.
Remove, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.

You're Done!
